AM directional antenna field tuning and proofing

MP&A offers field tuning and proof of performance measurements and analysis of AM directional antenna systms (DAs). Michael wrote his first computer DA prediction program in 1988, which proved to be instrumental in successfully determining the needed parameters to bring a 6 tower DA in under all FCC limits. And our analysis tools and field skills have only greatly improved since then - we have tamed many arrays since then, from 2-tower 500W facilities to 6-tower, 50 kW arrays.

We are experienced in both conventional proofs of performance using field readings and ratio/curve-fitting analysis, and modern Method of Moments techniques. MP&A uses industry-standard analysis software - and unlike some who claim to be DA designers, we know how to interpret its output and adapt it to real-world components and conditions.

Our solid track record of successful DA tuning, proofing, and approved FCC filings speaks for itself.

See below for a representative example of Method of Moments analysis calculations from a recent FCC Form 302-AM DA proof filing.
